As with other great watersports and activities, water skiing allows us to engage in a physical activity that’s incredibly fun and also burns calories in a way that allows us to reach our goals of better physical and mental well being.

Water skiing is an exciting outdoor water sport that involves a towboat pulling a skier, who skims along the surface of a lake, river or other body of water. Water skiing requires exceptional upper and lower body strength, muscular endurance and good balance. The longer you can stay cup on your two feet, the more opportunity you will have to get into better shape.
