Watermelon-Kiwi-Banana Smoothie

Winter doldrums got you down? Make way for summer with this deliciously fruity smoothie!

Ingredients:

1 cup coarsely chopped seeded watermelon

1 kiwifruit, peeled and cut into pieces

2 ice cubes

1 ripe banana, frozen, peeled and cut into chunks

1/4 cup chilled natural apple juice (skip the high sugar stuff!) 


Directions: 

Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover and blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour smoothie into glasses. Serve immediately
