2 (15 oz.) cans black eyed peas, drained and rinsed
2 (11 oz.) cans shoepeg corn, drained and rinsed
2 (10 oz.) cans diced tomatoes and green chiles, drained
2 Avocados, peeled, pitted and diced
½ cup diced red onion
¾ cup italian dressing
1-2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
½ tsp. salt
In bowl, stir together all ingredients Cover and chill; serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
