You may want to track your calories to find out the maximum or minimum number you can ingest to stay at your current weight; you’ll also want to continue exercising and being active! Just because you’ve reached your goal weight doesn’t mean you should discontinue your healthy habits – instead, you can alter them from weight loss to weight maintenance!
Continue to eat healthily and provide your body the fuel it requires to run at optimum performance – remember to incorporate plenty of whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, and lean proteins. Also, keep drinking water! Water keeps you hydrated and running at your peak level, especially during exercise.
Don’t stop working out, either! Now is the time to experiment and try new activities and exercises to see what interests you. You can do a solid mix of cardio and weight training, and even try new sports to be sure your routine doesn’t stagnate!
